Case study in development
We worked with the leadership of a college of medicine to develop an institutional strategic plan that connected academic, research, and clinical missions with measurable goals and the operational structure to advance them. The work produced a plan that was actionable, owned, and operationally grounded, not a document that would sit on a shelf.
